Step 1
Wash the eggs and cover them with water. Boil for 10 minutes. Cool, peel, and cut into small cubes.

Rinse the green onions with cold water, dry with a towel, and chop finely.

Peel the apple and remove the seeds, then cut the flesh into small cubes.

Sprinkle with lemon juice to prevent browning.
