  • Olive Oil - 2 fl oz
  • Minced garlic - 1 clove
  • Beans - 25.4 oz
  • Green lettuce - 4 bunches
  • Fresh Mint - 1.2 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Combine lemon juice, oil, and garlic in a small bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Set aside.

Step 2

Boil fresh beans for 3 minutes or cook frozen beans according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.

Step 3

In a large bowl, mix the cooled beans, lettuce, and mint. Add the lemon dressing and toss while shaking the bowl.

Step 4

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
