Ingredients

  • Peeled Cooked Shrimp - 12 pieces
  • Olive Oil - 6 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
  • Tomatoes - 6 pieces
  • Lemon - ½ piece
  • Pickled Eggplant with Peppers - 6 pieces
  • Red Long Chili Peppers - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Wash and dry the shrimp. Sauté for 3 minutes in olive oil on both sides.

Step 2

Slice the garlic and add it to the shrimp, quickly sautéing everything together. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper.

Step 3

Finely chop the bell pepper and coarsely chop the tomatoes.

Step 4

Mix the shrimp with the bell pepper, tomatoes, and lemon juice. Season with salt, pepper, and add ground red pepper, then plate and garnish with pickled peppers.
