  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step 1

Whisk together buckwheat honey, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil until a smooth, flowing sauce forms. The sauce should have a bright floral aroma.

Step 2

Place the salad leaves on a plate, grate the cheese coarsely, and drizzle with the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
