- Dijon Mustard - 1 teaspoon
- Halloumi Cheese - 17.6 oz
- Mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon
- Radishes - 5.3 oz
- Green Peas - 5.3 oz
- Cucumber - ½ piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Make the dressing by mixing together the vinegar, honey, mustard, and a little pepper. Do not add salt, as the cheese is quite salty.
Step 2
Toss the halloumi with half of the dressing and place it on a baking sheet. Grill for 5 minutes until golden and crispy on the edges.
Step 3
Add mayonnaise to the remaining dressing, then add the radishes, peas, and cucumber. Serve with warm halloumi.
