Salad with Halloumi Cheese and Green Peas

Ingredients

  • Wine Vinegar - 2 tablespoons
  • Clear Honey - 1 teaspoon
  • Dijon Mustard - 1 teaspoon
  • Halloumi Cheese - 17.6 oz
  • Mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon
  • Radishes - 5.3 oz
  • Green Peas - 5.3 oz
  • Cucumber - ½ piece

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Make the dressing by mixing together the vinegar, honey, mustard, and a little pepper. Do not add salt, as the cheese is quite salty.

Step 2

Toss the halloumi with half of the dressing and place it on a baking sheet. Grill for 5 minutes until golden and crispy on the edges.

Step 3

Add mayonnaise to the remaining dressing, then add the radishes, peas, and cucumber. Serve with warm halloumi.
