- Dijon Mustard - 3.5 oz
- Garlic - 0.9 oz
- White Balsamic Cream - 1.2 oz

- Edam Cheese - 1.1 oz
- Danish Blue Cheese - 0.7 oz
- Tuscany Salad Mix - 1.1 oz
- Fig - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the garlic into small cubes (1–2 mm).
Step 2
Mix the honey (in its viscous state; if not, warm it in a water bath), Dijon mustard (which is milder and less sharp), balsamic cream, and white wine vinegar until smooth.
Step 3
Slowly add the oil in small portions or in a stream, whisking well until an emulsion forms, with the mustard acting as the emulsifier, dispersing all ingredients evenly. Add the garlic and salt to taste. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Cut the cheese into 5 mm cubes. Slice the figs.
Step 5
Place the salad mix on a plate. Add the diced cheese and figs, and drizzle with the dressing.
