  • Lightly Salted Red Fish - 7.1 oz
  • Pitted olives - 14 pieces
  • Scallions - 1.8 oz
  • Iceberg Lettuce - 3.5 oz
  • Semi-soft cream cheese - 1.8 oz
  • Ocean salt - to taste
  • Dijon Mustard - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cut the salmon, grapefruit, and cheese into cubes. It is advisable to remove the membranes from the grapefruit, otherwise they will add unwanted bitterness.

Step 2

Chop the lettuce and green onion.

Step 3

Mix the olive oil with the mustard.

Step 4

Combine the lettuce, onion, salmon, grapefruit, cheese, and olives. Drizzle with the dressing, season with salt and pepper. Let it sit for about 10 minutes.
