Ingredients
- Mozzarella Cheese - 4.4 oz
- Tomatoes - 5.3 oz
- Toasted Pine Nuts - 0.7 oz
- Basil - 0.4 oz
- Olive Oil - 0 fl oz
- Balsamic Vinegar - 0 fl oz
- Arugula - 0.4 oz
- Sweet Red Onion - 1.8 oz
- Croutons - 2 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the mozzarella into 1 cm cubes, and the tomatoes with skin into the same size.
Step 2
Toast the pine nuts and mix them with the tomatoes.
Step 3
Tear the basil by hand and add it to the salad. Dress with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Arrange the very thinly sliced red onion on a plate.
Step 4
Garnish with arugula. Serve with white bread croutons.
