Ingredients
- Onion - 1 piece
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 10.6 oz
- Canned Pineapple Chunks - 1 can
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp - 10.6 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles - 10.6 oz
- Quail Egg - 8 pieces
- Mayonnaise - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slice the mushrooms and sauté them in a hot skillet without oil until all the liquid evaporates.
Step 2
Slice the onion into half-rings, fry in vegetable oil until semi-cooked, and add the chopped chicken breast. Sauté everything for another 5–7 minutes. At the end, add salt and black pepper.
Step 3
Personally, I do not boil the shrimp since they are already sold cooked. I just pour boiling water over them a few times, and they are ready; then I peel them.
Step 4
I prefer quail eggs because I think they have a richer taste. Boil, cool, and chop finely.
Step 5
Combine the mushrooms, sautéed onion with chicken, eggs, peeled shrimp, and canned pineapple (without liquid!), and add mayonnaise.
Step 6
Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
