Ingredients

  • Arugula - 1.8 oz
  • Sugar - 1 tablespoon
  • Butter - 1 tablespoon
  • Goat cheese - 0.9 oz
  • Balsamic Vinegar - 2 spoons
  • Toasted Sesame - 10 pieces
  • Pears - 1 piece

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Melt butter and sugar in a skillet, add balsamic vinegar, and caramelize the pear, sliced into wedges, for a couple of minutes. The pear should become soft but still hold its shape.

Step 2

Arrange arugula on a plate, then add the pear, crumble Gorgonzola cheese (you can also use another blue cheese), sprinkle with nuts, and drizzle with the remaining caramel.
