Salad with Pine Nuts
Ingredients
- Marinated cherries - 4 pieces
- Courgette - 1 piece
- Pistachios - 1½ tablespoons
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Dill - ½ bunch
- Watercress - ½ bunch
- Arugula - ½ bunch
- Fresh basil leaves - ½ bunch
- Olive Oil - 1½ tablespoons
- Ocean salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the ingredients.

Toast the pine nuts in a dry skillet until golden brown. Set aside on a plate to cool.

Chop the tomatoes into small pieces and place them in a deep bowl.
