Ingredients
- Prosciutto - 10.6 oz
- Mixed salad greens - 10.6 oz
- Parmesan Cheese - 10.6 oz
- Olive Oil - 4 tablespoons
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Salt - to taste
- Champagne Vinegar - 1 teaspoon
- Marinated cherries - 10 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Arrange the mixed salad greens on a flat plate. Sprinkle with a little salt.
Step 2
Tear the prosciutto into small pieces and place it on top of the salad — you may need slightly less than 300 grams of prosciutto — it shouldn't be too much.
Step 3
Grate the Parmesan into fine shavings. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
Step 4
Mix the olive oil with the lemon juice and vinegar, whisking with a fork. Drizzle over the prosciutto and salad.
Step 5
Sprinkle everything with Parmesan, and top with the halved cherry tomatoes.
