Description

You can use feta and goat cheese instead of ricotta.

Ingredients

  • Honey - 2 teaspoons
  • Meyer Lemon Juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Ground Black Pepper - ¼ teaspoon
  • Salt - 0.1 teaspoons
  • Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Mint Leaves - 2 tablespoons
  • Banana Leaves - 6.3 oz
  • Donut Peaches - 2 pieces
  • Prosciutto - 2.8 oz
  • Ricotta cheese - 2.8 oz
  • Sunflower Seeds - 2 tablespoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

In a bowl, mix lemon juice, honey, black pepper, and salt. While whisking, slowly add the olive oil. Then add finely chopped mint leaves.

Step 2

In a large bowl, combine the lettuce leaves with sliced peaches. Drizzle with the dressing and gently toss.

Step 3

Divide onto plates. Top with chopped prosciutto, ricotta, and seeds.
