Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes - 4 pieces
- Pickled garlic - 2 heads
- Yellow Beets - 2 pieces
- Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces
- Prunes - 5.3 oz
- Walnuts - 5.3 oz
- Sour Cream - to taste
- Mayonnaise - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the vegetables, cool them down, and peel. Cut the potatoes into cubes, season with salt, and drizzle with sunflower oil.
Step 2
Slice the pickled onions into half rings, grate the beets on a coarse grater, and sprinkle with a little salt.
Step 3
Grate the whites of two hard-boiled eggs on a coarse grater. Chop the walnuts and prepare the dressing by mixing mayonnaise with sour cream.
Step 4
Layer the ingredients in a salad bowl in the following order: potatoes, onions, beets, eggs, prunes, walnuts, and the sour cream-mayonnaise dressing.
Step 5
The layers should be thin and repeat the sequence twice. Garnish the finished salad with chopped yolks.
