- Prunes - 3.5 oz
- Poultry - 17.6 oz
- Walnuts - 2.8 oz
- 10% cream - to taste
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Herbs - to taste
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece

Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the chicken thighs until cooked (about 40 minutes after boiling). Cool down. Separate the meat from the bones and cut into small pieces.
Step 2
Beat the egg and add a little salt. Fry pancakes until golden brown. Cut the pancakes into strips.
Step 3
Wash the prunes (if they are not very soft, soak them in warm water for 30 minutes) and cut into small pieces. Chop the walnuts in a blender or finely chop them.
Step 4
Mix the pancakes, chicken meat, prunes, and walnuts. Add a little salt. Add the garlic pressed through a garlic press. Dress with sour cream. Sprinkle with herbs on top.
