- Yellow Beets - 2 pieces

- Mixed salad greens - to taste
- Roasted Peanuts - ½ cup
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Honey - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Balsamic Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
