Description
A very tasty summer salad that is quite filling.
Ingredients
- Yellow Beets - 1 piece
- Feta cheese - 1.8 oz
- Tuscany Salad Mix - 3.5 oz
- Narshehab sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Malt Vinegar - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - a pinch
- Ground Black Pepper - a pinch
- Walnuts - 0.4 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Roast the beets with olive oil in foil (40 minutes) and cut into 8 wedges.
Step 2
Wash and dry the salad mix (chard, arugula, corn).
Step 3
Break the feta into small pieces.
Step 4
For the sauce, take a tablespoon of narsharab, a tablespoon of olive oil, and a teaspoon of wine vinegar, and mix until smooth.
Step 5
Add a little crushed walnuts.
