- Eggplants - 3.5 oz
- Cucumbers - 1.8 oz
- Grapes - 1.1 oz
- Walnuts - 1.1 oz
- Pomegranate - 0.4 oz
- White Sauce - 1 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Roast the eggplants in the oven for 12 minutes at 428°F.
Step 2
Cut them into wedges.
Step 3
Slice the fresh cucumber.
Step 4
Cut the large white and red grapes in half lengthwise.
Step 5
Prepare the sauce: homemade mayonnaise, garlic, cilantro (white sauce).
Step 6
Mix everything together.
Step 7
Sprinkle with coarsely ground walnuts and grape seeds on top.
