Ingredients
- Prosciutto - 5.3 oz
- Green Figs - 4 pieces
- Arugula - 1 bunch
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 3.5 oz
- Balsamic Vinegar - to taste

Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the figs into 4 pieces, place them on a baking sheet cut side up, drizzle with balsamic vinegar, and roast in the oven for about 10–15 minutes at 356°F.
Step 2
While the figs are roasting, arrange the other ingredients on a plate. First, wash and dry the arugula, then place it on the plate. Roll the slices of prosciutto into pinwheels and place them on the arugula. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
Step 3
Add the roasted figs and drizzle with balsamic dressing.
