- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece

- Arugula - 1 bunch
- Shelled pumpkin seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Feta cheese - 7.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Roast 2 large peppers, red and yellow (or orange), removing the seeds and baking them in the oven until the skin is charred.
Step 2
Place a pack of arugula on a serving plate.
Step 3
Top with sliced peppers.

Then add the cherry tomatoes (plum-shaped, sweet Azerbaijani tomatoes also work well).

Finally, add diced feta cheese.

Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, season lightly with salt to taste, and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds.
