  • Blue Cheese - 1.4 oz
  • Chopped almonds - 0.1 oz
  • Olive Oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Honey - ½ teaspoon
  • Vegetable Oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Balsamic Vinegar - 1 teaspoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Peel the turnip, cut it into medium-sized cubes, and blanch in boiling water.

Step 2

Roast with butter and pepper until softened at a temperature of 180–392°F for about 25–30 minutes.

Step 3

Prepare the dressing: mix olive oil, vegetable oil, balsamic vinegar, and honey in such a proportion that it achieves the consistency of olive oil.

Step 4

Cool down.

Step 5

Add arugula and blue cheese, add the honey-balsamic dressing, and sprinkle with almonds.
