Ingredients
- Rice - 1.8 oz
- Napa Cabbage - 2.1 oz
- Lightly Salted Red Fish - 1.8 oz
- Dried Nori Seaweed - 1 piece
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 1.1 oz
- Soy Sauce - 4 tablespoons
- Red Caviar - 3 teaspoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
First, cook the rice without adding salt to the water. Once the rice is ready, let it cool slightly, but not completely; it should be served warm.
Step 2
Cut the Napa cabbage into thin strips and place it on a flat plate (if you don’t like cabbage, you can substitute it with lettuce leaves).
Step 3
Cut the salmon and cheese into small cubes of the same size.
Step 4
Slice the seaweed into thin strips about 5 cm long.
Step 5
When the rice is ready and has cooled slightly, start layering the ingredients in the following order: cabbage, rice, salmon, cheese, red caviar, seaweed (in a random order). Dress the salad with the sauce and serve.
