- Semi-Smoked Sausage - 3.5 oz
- Young Spinach "Belaya Dacha" - 2.1 oz
- Arugula - 1.4 oz
- Blue Cheese - 2.1 oz
- Olive Oil - 3 spoons
- Raspberry leaves - to taste
- Citrus Zest Mix - ½ spoons
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 2 spoons
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Dijon Mustard - ½ spoons
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the thin slices of bacon into strips.
Step 2
Fry until crispy on both sides in a dry skillet: place the bacon in a cold skillet first, then heat it up — this way it will render more fat and become crispy.
Step 3
Remove the core from the pear and slice it lengthwise into thin, long pieces.
Step 4
Sauté the pear until lightly golden in the same skillet used for the bacon.

Cut the tomatoes in half.

Cut the cheese into 1 cm cubes.

Pour olive oil into a small jar, add honey, lemon zest, lemon juice, mustard, salt, and freshly ground pepper.

Seal the jar and shake the sauce well until it emulsifies.
