  • Fuji Apples - 5.6 oz
  • Olive Oil - 4 spoons
  • Dijon Mustard - 4 spoons
  • Honey - 2 spoons
  • White Balsamic Cream - 4 spoons
  • Pistachios - 1 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Slice the smoked duck breast into thin slices, and cut the Fuji apple into thin wedges, which should then be turned into matchsticks.

Step 2

Mix the mustard, honey, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar, then season with salt and pepper.

Step 3

Combine the apple matchsticks and slices of duck meat with the spinach leaves, add the dressing, and toss to mix. Sprinkle the salad with pine nuts.
