- Sun-Dried Tomatoes - 0.4 oz
- Marinated cherries - 1.4 oz
- Fresh Mint - 0.2 oz
- Sweet Red Onion - 0.4 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 0 fl oz
- Freshly squeezed orange juice - 0 fl oz
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
- Dijon Mustard - 0.2 oz
- Honey - 0.4 oz
- Mild Chili Spice - 0.1 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1.4 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
For the dressing, mix freshly squeezed lemon juice, freshly squeezed orange juice, Dijon mustard, olive oil, honey, and finely chopped chili pepper until smooth.
Step 2
Cut the GAEA sun-dried tomatoes, roasted bell pepper (previously roasted), sweet red onion, cilantro, and fresh mint into strips and mix with the salad dressing, then place on a serving plate.
Step 3
Remove the skin from the smoked eel, cut it into pieces, and place it on top of the vegetable mix, garnishing with cherry tomatoes and drizzling with the remaining salad dressing.
