- Squid - 4 pieces
- Onion - 1 head
- Egg white - 4 pieces
- Salt - to taste
- Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Place frozen squid in a bowl, pour boiling water over them, and remove the skin and innards.
Step 2
Add salt to boiling water. Dip the squid one by one for about 15 seconds. Then cut them into strips.
Step 3
Boil the shrimp and eggs separately.
Step 4
Chop the onion and eggs, mix with the shrimp and squid. Dress with mayonnaise and serve.
