Ingredients
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Green Beans - 8.5 oz
- Wine Vinegar - ¼ cup
- Olive Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Lemon Zest - 2 tablespoons
- Freshly squeezed lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
- Tomatoes - 4 pieces
- Cherry Tomatoes - 14.1 oz
- Basil leaves - 1.2 oz
- Green Beans - 8.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil in a large pot; cook both types of beans for 1–2 minutes.
Step 2
Drain and place in a bowl of ice water.
Step 3
Drain again and spread on paper towels.
Step 4
Combine vinegar, olive oil, lemon zest and juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl, mix until smooth; add the prepared beans and tomatoes, toss gently while shaking the bowl.
Step 5
