- Balsamic Vinegar - 0 fl oz
- Tomatoes - 14.8 oz
- Mixed tomatoes of different colors - 14.8 oz
- Watermelon - 14.8 oz
- Radish - 2.1 oz
- Spanish onions - 2.1 oz
- Avocado - 2.1 oz
- Raisins - 2.1 oz
- Quinoa - 3.2 oz
- Parsley - 0.7 oz
- Farmers cheese - 6.3 oz
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Whisk together honey, soy sauce, vegetable oil, white wine vinegar, and balsamic vinegar.
Step 2
Cook the quinoa until tender, following the instructions on the package.
Step 3
Coarsely chop the tomatoes and watermelon, removing the seeds from the watermelon. Slice the onion into feathers, cut the radishes into rings, dice the avocado into small cubes, and finely chop the parsley.
Step 4
Mix all the prepared vegetables and fruits, arrange them on plates, drizzle with honey dressing, and garnish with thin slices of sheep's cheese.
