Ingredients
- Spicy salami - 3.5 oz
- Fresh Mushrooms - 7.1 oz
- Mayonnaise - 5 tablespoons
- Pizza Flour - 1 piece
- Hard Cheese - 5.3 oz
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - ½ head
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Take the pizza base and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to thaw. Preheat the oven to 392°F.
Step 2
Take a frying pan, add the pre-sliced mushrooms, and sauté them over medium heat for 5–7 minutes to evaporate the water. Then pour out the excess water from the pan.
Step 3
Prepare the pizza sauce. Grate the cheese and mix half of it with the mayonnaise, then add the garlic, peeled and pressed through a garlic press. Slice the salami: cut a thin ring of salami and divide it into 4 parts.
Step 4
Grease the pizza base with vegetable oil, then spread the sauce, add the mushrooms, followed by the salami, and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
Step 5
Place in the oven for 10–12 minutes and remove when a golden crust appears.
