Description

This recipe uses frozen pieces of salmon, which is convenient and simple. You can use any fish, as long as it is boneless. Fish seasoning and cheese contain salt, so be careful not to add too much extra salt while preparing the dish. Broccoli pairs very well with red fish, but you can also use cauliflower or potatoes. The only important point when preparing vegetables for baking is not to overcook them, just like the fish. It is enough to bring all the ingredients to a semi-cooked state. If you have heavy cream, you can dilute it with milk or water to lower the calorie count of the dish. The casserole should be served as a standalone dish.
