Salmon baked with tomatoes and basil

Ingredients

  • Salmon - 24.7 oz
  • Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 1.8 oz
  • Tomatoes - 3 pieces
  • Fresh basil leaves - ½ bunch
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Meyer Lemon Juice - to taste
  • White Balsamic Cream - 1 teaspoon
  • White Pepper (whole) - to taste
  • Dried Chamomile - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Olive Oil - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Slice the tomatoes into rounds, season with salt and pepper.

Step 2

Heat olive oil in a pan. Finely chop the garlic and add it to the pan.

Step 3

Add the marjoram and remove the pan from the heat.

Step 4

Pour the aromatic oil over the tomatoes.

Step 5

Add the balsamic vinegar and mix.

Step 6

Cut the salmon into cubes, season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 7

Add the basil leaves to the bowl with the tomatoes.

Step 8

Add the pieces of salmon, drizzle with lemon juice, and mix.

Step 9

Place the fish with the tomatoes and basil into heatproof dishes.

Step 10

Put the dishes in the oven and bake at 392°F for 20 minutes until cooked.

Step 11

5 minutes before cooking is complete, sprinkle the fish and vegetables with grated Parmesan.
