  • Smoked haddock fillet - 6 pieces
  • Lime Juice - 3 tablespoons
  • Orange Syrup - 2 tablespoons
  • Brown Sugar - a pinch
  • Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Ocean salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Lime - 2 pieces

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Place the pieces of fish in a baking dish.

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix lime juice, honey, a pinch of brown sugar, and olive oil. Pour over the fish, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Step 3

Preheat the oven to 428°F.

Step 4

Season the fish with salt and pepper.

Step 5

Bake for about 15 minutes until cooked through. Serve immediately, garnished with lime wedges.
