Ingredients
- Salmon - 14.1 oz
- Frozen green bean pods - 7.1 oz
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Spinach - 1.8 oz
- Olive Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Apple Cider Vinegar - 2 tablespoons
- Dijon Mustard - 2 tablespoons
- Balsamic Vinegar - 2 tablespoons
- Honey - 2 teaspoons
- Salt - to taste
- Green Butter - 1.8 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Bake the salmon in the oven at 180°C for 10 minutes. Let it cool.
Step 2
Without thawing, boil the peas in boiling water for 4 minutes. Drain the hot water and pour cold water over the peas.
Step 3
Slice the cucumbers into rounds.
Step 4
Wash and dry the lettuce leaves and spinach with a paper towel.
Step 5
Prepare the sauce: mix all the ingredients and whisk lightly until smooth. Arrange the lettuce leaves and spinach on a plate, top with broken pieces of salmon, peas, and cucumbers. Drizzle with sauce. Enjoy your meal!
