- Egg white - 1 piece
- Smoked haddock fillet - 12.3 oz
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Salted Butter - 0.9 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 392°F.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs and cheese. In another bowl, lightly beat the egg. Cut the salmon fillet into small long pieces. Dip the fish pieces in the egg, then coat well with breadcrumbs. Place on a baking sheet.
Step 3
In a bowl, mix the slightly softened butter and minced garlic. Place a small amount of the mixture on each fish stick.
