- Salmon - 1 piece
- Onion - 5 pieces
- Carrot - 3 pieces
- Garlic - 7 cloves
- Vinegar essence - 2 tablespoons
- Vegetable Oil - 5 tablespoons
- Soy Sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1½ tablespoons
- Ground coriander - ½ tablespoon
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Red Long Chili Peppers - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Make fillets from the fish. Cut into small pieces no thicker than 1 cm.
Step 2
Julienne the carrot. Slice the onion into half-rings. Pass the garlic through a garlic press or chop finely.
Step 3
Mix everything in a large bowl, press down for about 5 hours, or better yet, overnight.
