- Salmon - 1 piece
- Dill - ½ bunch
- Scallions - ½ bunch
- Salt - to taste
- Butter - 0.7 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
- Cheese Spread - 1.1 oz
- Cream - 10 fl oz

Step 1
Prepare the salmon in advance, clean it, and rinse thoroughly. Chop the dill and onion, and fill the fish with this mixture.
Step 2
Rub the salmon with salt on top and place it in a greased baking dish. You can make a disposable tray from foil.
Step 3
Drizzle the salmon with lemon juice, and after a minute or two, gently pour the cream on top. Immediately place it in a preheated oven.
Step 4
Bake the salmon for about half an hour, then evenly sprinkle with cheese, grated on a coarse grater, and bake until done.
