- Smoked haddock fillet - 4 pieces
- Vegetable Oil - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the grill in the oven.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix the yogurt, ginger, turmeric, coriander, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
Step 3
Lightly grease the pan with oil and place the fish in it. Generously coat the top with the yogurt sauce and place under the grill until cooked, about 12–14 minutes. Serve immediately.
