Ingredients
- Salmon - 21.2 oz
- Scallions - 1 bunch
- Herbs - 1 bunch
- Tomatoes - 4 pieces
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Dry White Wine - ½ cup
- Basil - to taste
- Thyme - to taste
- Olive Oil - 3 fl oz
- Broccoli - 7.1 oz
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Cilantro - 4 pieces
- Salt - to taste
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Remove the bones from the salmon, cut it into cubes, and sauté in olive oil with chopped green onion and garlic. Add salt, thyme, and basil. Then pour white wine over the fish and let it evaporate.
Step 2
Divide the broccoli into florets.
Step 3
Make a cross-shaped incision on the tomatoes, dip them in boiling water for 20-30 seconds, then cool and peel off the skin. Cut the flesh of the tomatoes into cubes.
Step 4
Chop the parsley and dill.
Step 5
In a separate pan, sauté the broccoli and tomatoes. Add the herbs and onion.
Step 6
To make the tomato-honey sauce, combine olive oil with tomato paste and honey. Add spices and salt to taste.
Step 7
Place the fish and vegetables on a plate. Drizzle with the sauce.
