  • White Pepper (whole) - to taste
  • 10% cream - 1 fl oz
  • Lemon - 0.5 oz
  • Coconut Milk - 1 fl oz
  • Fresh basil leaves - 0.1 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Slice the salmon fillet into thin pieces.

Step 2

Wrap the strawberries and cheese in the fillet, grease the foil with butter, and roll it up.

Step 3

Bake for 15 minutes at 220°C.

Step 4

Prepare the sauce from coconut milk and cream, reduce by a third, and add salt and pepper.
