Description
If you have other red fish in addition to salmon, feel free to use that as well. If you don't have breadcrumbs, you can use white bread.

- Coho salmon fillet - 24.7 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Dry Malted Milk Powder - 1 tablespoon
- Bran - 7.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the fish fillet into pieces. Peel the onion and chop it coarsely.
Step 2
Grind the fish fillet together with the onion in a food processor. Add a raw egg, season with salt and pepper. If the mixture is too liquid, you can add some dried milk. Shape into patties, coat in breadcrumbs, and fry in vegetable oil.
