Ingredients
- Canned Saira - 15.2 oz
- Crackers - 8 pieces
- Egg white - ½ cup
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Horseradish Leaves - 0.9 oz
- Dessert Yogurt - ½ cup
- Meyer Lemon Juice - to taste
- Olive Oil - 1 teaspoon
- Red Caviar - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Drain the liquid from the fish, transfer it to a bowl, and mash it with a fork. Add the crushed crackers and egg powder. Mix well and shape into 4 patties. Sprinkle with pepper.
Step 2
Heat a skillet and add olive oil. Fry the patties over medium heat until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes on each side.

For the sauce, mix yogurt, horseradish, and a little lemon juice.
