Description
An excellent build-your-own dish originating from Hawaii. The base consists of rice (you can also use other grains), greens, fish or seafood, and sauces. There are numerous poke recipes, but ours is more closely aligned with the basic version, leaving plenty of room for creativity. To prepare poke, choose the ingredients you love and feel free to add them to your bowl.
Ingredients
- Avocado - 3.5 oz
- Edamame Beans - 1.4 oz
- Habanero Pepper - 1.1 oz
- Aioli Sauce - 1.1 oz
- Bulgogi Sauce - 1.1 oz
- Cucumbers - 7.1 oz
- Radish - 1.4 oz
- Jasmine Rice - 21.2 oz
- Chuka Salad - 2.8 oz
- Ponzu sauce - 1 fl oz
- Furikake seasoning - 0.1 oz
- Tobiko Caviar - 1.6 oz
- Dried Nori Seaweed - 0.1 oz
- Corn Grits - 2.8 oz
- Salmon - 5.6 oz
- Pickled garlic - 2.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the roe sauce. To do this, blend 30 grams of jalapeño, 30 grams of aioli sauce, 30 grams of kimchi sauce, and 30 grams of tobiko roe in a blender. You can also buy a ready-made sauce called Mentaiko.
Step 2
Wash the cucumbers, peel them, remove the seeds and core, and cut them into cubes.
Step 3
Wash the radishes and slice them.
Step 4
Scoop out the avocado flesh and cut it into cubes.
Step 5
Cook the rice until it's tender.
Step 6
Cut the salmon into cubes.
Step 7
In a bowl, first pour the caviar sauce, then add the warm rice.
Step 8
Arrange the ingredients around the rice in the following order: salmon, chuka salad, corn kernels, pickled ginger, edamame beans, avocado.
Step 9
Place the nori seaweed in the center.
Step 10
Sprinkle furikake seasoning evenly over the entire surface.
Step 11
At the end, drizzle the salmon fillet with ponzu sauce.
Step 12
Garnish with the remaining tobiko caviar.
