Ingredients

  • Salmon - 17.6 oz
  • Salad Potatoes - 10.6 oz
  • Orange Bell Peppers - 2 pieces
  • Scallions - 1.8 oz
  • Cilantro - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Vegetable Oil - 4 tablespoons
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Egg white - 1 piece
  • Mayonnaise - 1.8 oz
  • Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Boil the salmon fillet and break it into small pieces. Drizzle with lemon juice.

Step 2

Boil the potatoes and cut them into cubes.

Step 3

Remove seeds from the bell peppers and cut them into strips.

Step 4

Chop the green onions.

Step 5

Wash the salad leaves.

Step 6

Hard boil the egg and cut it into strips.

Step 7

Combine all the ingredients, season with salt and pepper, and dress the salad with mayonnaise.

Sprinkle chopped cilantro on top of the finished salad.
