  • Red Caviar - 0.5 oz
  • Capers - 0.5 oz
  • Cucumbers - 5.3 oz
  • Orange Bell Peppers - 2.3 oz
  • Dill - 0.4 oz
  • Parsley - 0.4 oz
  • Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 3 tablespoons
  • Aged gouda cheese - 2.1 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Mayonnaise - 1.1 oz
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cut the salmon fillet, tomato, cucumber, and bell pepper into thin strips.

Step 2

Cut the Gouda cheese into small cubes.

Step 3

Drain the brine from the capers and add them to the salad. Finely chop the herbs. Dress with mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper.
