Ingredients
- Salmon - 17.6 oz
- Pickled capers - 2 teaspoons
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Dry White Wine - 1 fl oz
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Cream 22% - 3 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Remove the skin from the salmon, check for bones, and cut into pieces.
Step 2
Squeeze the juice from the lemon and drizzle it over the fish. Add salt, pepper to taste, capers, white wine, and let marinate for 20 minutes.
Step 3
Thread onto bamboo skewers, place on foil (do not cover), and bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for 20 minutes.
Step 4
Pour the marinade into a pan and add the cream. Simmer for 10 minutes and serve with the fish.
