Description

- Smoked haddock fillet - 10.6 oz
- Honey - 2 teaspoons
- Dijon Mustard - 2 teaspoons
- Soy Sauce - 2 teaspoons
- Toasted Sesame - to taste
- Corn Salad - 1 bunch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Make the marinade: mix the mustard, soy sauce, and honey, adding a bit of sesame seeds. Place the salmon cut into large cubes (3x3 cm). Refrigerate for about fifteen minutes.
Step 2
Thread onto skewers. Place on a baking dish so they are suspended, adding about 1 cm of water to the bottom. Bake in a preheated oven at 338°F for about fifteen minutes.
Step 3
Serve with green salad.
