Description

Soak the skewers in water beforehand to prevent them from burning. Salmon can be substituted with chicken, meat, or seafood. Recipe by Nikki Bell.

Ingredients

  • Smoked haddock fillet - 10.6 oz
  • Honey - 2 teaspoons
  • Dijon Mustard - 2 teaspoons
  • Soy Sauce - 2 teaspoons
  • Toasted Sesame - to taste
  • Corn Salad - 1 bunch

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Make the marinade: mix the mustard, soy sauce, and honey, adding a bit of sesame seeds. Place the salmon cut into large cubes (3x3 cm). Refrigerate for about fifteen minutes.

Step 2

Thread onto skewers. Place on a baking dish so they are suspended, adding about 1 cm of water to the bottom. Bake in a preheated oven at 338°F for about fifteen minutes.

Step 3

Serve with green salad.
