Description
No barbecue selection is complete without good salmon skewers. They are great on their own and also pair wonderfully with Asian marinades and glazes. Our choice includes soy sauce, honey, and chili; adjust the balance to your taste.

- Smoked haddock fillet - 12.3 oz
- Honey - 3 tablespoons
- Soy Sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Mild Chili Spice - 1 piece

In a saucepan, mix honey, soy sauce, and chili and heat until a homogeneous mixture forms. Cut the salmon into pieces, pour the warm marinade over it, and mix thoroughly.
