Salmon Steak in Coconut Milk
Ingredients
- Salmon - 1 piece
- Coconut Milk - 2 fl oz
- Fish Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Rosemary - 1 sprig
- Dried onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Lime - 1 piece
- Butter - 0.7 oz
- Olive Oil - 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Ocean salt - to taste
- 33% Cream - 2 fl oz
- Red Caviar - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Melt the olive oil and butter in a skillet.
Step 2
Place the sprig of rosemary in the skillet, then lay the steak on top. Sear for 2–3 minutes.
Step 3
Add salt.
Step 4
Add the fish seasoning.
Step 5
After 3–4 minutes, flip the steak and place the rosemary on top. Sear for another 2–3 minutes.
Step 6
Then add the cream.
Step 7
Add salt and reduce the heat to medium.
Step 8
Add ground black pepper.
Step 9
Add the coconut milk.
Step 10
Add the dried onion.
Step 11
Cover with a lid and simmer for about 5 minutes. Then remove from heat.
Step 12
Transfer to a plate, add red caviar, and serve.
