Ingredients
- Salmon - 15.9 oz
- Spanish onions - 1 head
- Shallot - 1 head
- Marinated cherries - 3 pieces
- Unrefined Sunflower Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Soy Sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Lime - 1 piece
- Red Wine Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
For the fish marinade, mix soy sauce, juice from a lime wedge, and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Step 2
Slice the shallot and cherry tomatoes.
Step 3
Place the shallot in foil and brush with the fish marinade.
Step 4
Add the steak to the shallot, coat it on all sides, and leave it in the foil to marinate for half an hour.
Step 5
Slice the red onion into thin rings, place it in a deep container, and pour in 2 tablespoons of warm water and 1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar. Mix well.
Step 6
Place the steak on a dry, hot grill pan.
Step 7
After 4-5 minutes, flip it over.

Add the shallot.
Step 9
Reduce the heat and cover with a lid. Cook for another 7 minutes on low heat.
Step 10
When serving, add the red onion, draining the liquid.
