Ingredients
- Smoked haddock fillet - 17.6 oz
- Pickled capers - 1 tablespoon
- Shallot - 3 pieces
- Chives - 1 bunch
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Soy Sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Meyer Lemon Juice - to taste
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the salmon into cubes of about 0.5 centimeters.
Step 2
Very finely chop the shallots, chives (a little, as they serve more of a decorative function), and capers.
Step 3
Place everything in a bowl, add soy sauce, olive oil, lightly drizzle with lemon juice, and season with pepper.
Step 4
Gently mix. Spoon into molds and refrigerate for about thirty minutes.
Step 5
Then serve on plates with salad.
